Individual Use
This material is for individual use only and you cannot share your log in details with others.
Failure to abide by the condition may result in course cancellation with no refund. Practice
materials cannot be downloaded. No extra provision and services, other than the ones listed in
the app, will be provided. In case you require an additional practice material, you can upgrade
to our online course which has various packages to choose from with guaranteed individual

Refund Policy
Medcity OET app having videos and materials for all modules as free, customers can check the
videos and materials before purchasing. Refund is possible only if the purchased version is not
matching with the demo provided. No refund is possible if they are not interested to continue.
Medcity OET app refunds the amount if the customer cannot watch the videos/materials due to
our technical issue. The refund request has to be made at studentsupport@miak.in with your
registered email ID and mobile number or by calling us on +91-7592872222. Refunds shall be made
to the bank account within 10 working days.
Content
All the content on the app has been developed to help students prepare for the Test. Material
and resources were correct at time of publication. However, we do not take responsibility for
variations between the actual test and the content provided on the app. The information
included is for educational purposes only.
