Refund Policy

Medcity OET app having videos and materials for all modules as free, customers can check the videos and materials before purchasing. Refund is possible only if the purchased version is not matching with the demo provided. No refund is possible if they are not interested to continue. Medcity OET app refunds the amount if the customer cannot watch the videos/materials due to our technical issue. The refund request has to be made at studentsupport@miak.in with your registered email ID and mobile number or by calling us on +91-7592872222. Refunds shall be made to the bank account within 10 working days.

All the content on the app has been developed to help students prepare for the Test. Material and resources were correct at time of publication.
